Its easy to find good reviews of Real Estate Professionals when the market is hot and inventories are down. We hired Cristina during a very quite period in the market on a up scale home. During this time Exxon Mobile was relocating executives from the closing Fairfax County World Headquarters to the new Huston TX World Headquarters. This created a large inventory of homes in the price range that we were competing against. Cristina had open houses most weekends and explained she would continue if the foot traffic justified having them. Cristina had a brokers open house which I had never heard of to help drive traffic. I was out of state and Cristina managed many activities and coordinated many contractors and needed repairs. We were competing against corporate buy backs from Mobil that were dumping properties to unload inventory. This was a difficult time to sell a home and nothing was moving above 900,000 range. Cristina always had a positive attitude towards our home and we never felt concern that she had lost interest or focus.

We have been investors in real estate all of our lives and this sale completed a 1031 starker exchange of four rental homes that was converted into our prime residents. Cristina was knowable of the 1031 and understood the critical detailed steps, many practicing agents have no concept or knowledge of this procedure.

One other quality I respect and found exceptional was Cristina's follow up and ability to juggle all aspects without dropping one ball.

We used Cristina to buy our home 4 years ago and she kept in touch throughout the years. It was a no brainer to go to her when we were selling our home. She was so helpful throughout the process from walking through our home and giving us tips to stage, to walking us through the paperwork to list and giving us recommendations, she was incredible. It's a bummer that we moved out of the area, because she is the best real estate agent around.
