Her and her team did a wonderful job communicating with us from the very beginning of what kind of house we could afford and where we would be comfortable living to explaining the documents as we signed the contract to build a house. This is the fifth home/condo my Mother and myself have bought, and Cristina is the third agent that we have worked with although I have interviewed 8 agents over the course of 10 years. Right away I knew I had found a gem! Reason #1 She took her time to answer all my questions with absolutely no rush, and this is before she even knew she would be my agent. Reason #2 She spoke in laymen's terms being a seasoned buyer I know most of the real estate lingo/process, but we're talking hundreds of thousands of dollars, and I want to feel free to ask anything and be told in plain English what to expect and do next. We spent 5 hours going over our bid I am one of those people even if I know the answer sometimes I just want to make sure I am right, previous realtors just want this process to go through some I could tell did not know and just BS through, Reason #3 She knows how to be a modern day real estate agent, I could esign nearly all paperwork needed during this process, and if you have ever bought a house you know there's a ton of paperwork. Reason #4 She knows this business she literally helped us save 7k during a hot market. How? She wrote up one of the cleanest bids I have seen, she made suggestions that would help our bid look more appealing i.e not nickle and diming the seller for inspection issues, writing a letter to the seller from our family (the seller said these made a significant difference they even left furniture knowing from our letter that we were moving from a smaller home into a larger one!). Reason #5 She knows more then just the real estate process she knows and stays connected with people you will need now that you are buying/owning a home. She helped me find a great lender quick shout out to Terry Schenck and Joshua Driegert with Prosperity Home Mortgage Terry was the only one out of 10 lenders that I talked to that told me about a special offer with Wells Fargo to save me .25% on my loan, when I mentioned to the 9 others they all said oh yeah ahh that is an option( are you kidding me ), and theres more to this story lots more all I can say thanks guys. Reason #6 Its been a month since we bought our home and I still talk to her asking questions, and getting answers! : ) yeah not many realtors I know that do that just one! Cristina helped us find the dream home in NOVA! She has a solid understanding about the area and the market (especially a brisk one!) Cristina was extremely responsive and accommodating during the whole house-hunting process - no matter it was a weekend day or after-hour. We recently completed a half-year process of searching for and purchasing a home. Cristina went above and beyond her duties as a real estate agent. She helped my husband and I not only sell our house quickly, but navigate through the 11 offers that we received. The photos that were taken of our house were stunning and the staging was prefect. We couldn't believe our house could look that amazing! The brochures describing our house were extremely professional. She was very prompt in returning any and all of our questions that arose during our selling process. Cristina was fabulous! My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home in the summer of 2011. I had met Cristina earlier that year at a bridal show, so I reached out to her when we decided to get serious about our home search. Cristina was so great to work with. She was extremely patient with us and she really took the time to explain everything to us step-by-step. As we all know, first time home buyers can be quite challenging to work with, but Cristina never made it seem like we were bothering her, or that we were high maintenance (though I am pretty sure we were). I was in a difficult situation when listing the house and Cristina went above and beyond to make the process as "painless" as possible. While at times, Cristina may have appeared to make a lot of suggestions for improvements, they all paid off as evidenced by the quick sale of the property.
