I was referred to Cristina Dougherty by a co-worker. I was a bit hesitant at first but had a good work relationship with my co-worker and ended up relaxing a bit. Cristina got in contact with me quickly and we started the house shopping process. She was really helpful and understanding of me being a first time buyer. I did not feel rushed or pressured during my time with her and I learned a lot about the housing market while working with her. After about 1-2 months (went by quick) I landed the 3rd house we bided on and ended up with a great deal plus had no competition for it! When I look for my next place in 5-7yrs I am hoping she is available for my 2nd purchase, since the first time went so well.

Cristina made our home purchasing experience great in so many ways. She used her contacts in the industry to get us the best pricing on attaining finance, home inspection, and even home insurance after we made our purchase. All of her hard work made our home purchase process effortless on our end, and she was with us every step of the way. I can't thank her enough for her genuine effort to make sure that my wife and I bought exactly what we wanted; and we did. We have no plans of moving any time soon, but if we did, I wouldn't think of anyone other than Cristina to help make it happen.

Cristina was great! We had been working with her informally for over a year just showing us houses in a neighborhood we desired and sharing her opinions and predictions of the market. Once the timing was right, she sprang into action.

On the sell side, Cristina got our house staged, photographed, and listed in a flash. We had tons of interest and multiple offers. A few contracts did flake out, but she kept at it and got us to closing.

Cristina Dougherty did the best job as our realtor in Haymarket, Virginia where she helped us buy low in 2021 and sell our home on top in 2023. I highly recommend her as she took a very difficult time for our family logistically, took care of many items that needed to be done but we were not available due to work commitments and closed in an efficient and effective manner before the end of the year. These monumental efforts helped us to move on in a much needed time personally and professionally. Christina has been our go-to agent in the DMV area for many years. She helped us find our first rental in Maryland, and later, a house in Reston that met our unique needs, and when the time came to sell, she went above and beyond in making sure everything went smoothly. We had already moved out of state at that point, but she was able to facilitate the sale completely remotely. She assessed what work would need to be done, arranged for contractors and cleaners, and even made sure that someone would be present to let them in every time. Her efforts paid off in a huge way, as the house had several offers a mere three days after being put onto the market, and ended up selling above where it was listed immediately.

Cristina did an AMAZING job in helping us get our DREAM HOME. In a cutthroat market where people were getting outbid left and right, she not only advised us and helped us to be competitive but she was also super diligent and moved SUPER fast when it came to getting us in to see places, meeting us somewhere, or putting in winning offers. Cristina is an exceptional person in every way. This review is long overdue, as I had problems accessing my Zillow account around the time she sold my home a couple of years ago. It was my first time as a seller and she educated me, got some of my details and then went full autopilot (exactly what I wanted) prepping and selling my place for above asking price 2 days after listing; all while I was out-of-state during the whole process! Fast forward to present day: I have some question about real estate and she continues to provide the same outstanding responsiveness and level of service as when she was selling for me. She is a lifelong resource, real estate ally and friend—amazing!
