Given how 'hot' the Northern VA market was at the time Cristina's proactive approach in keeping in touch with her extensive network proved invaluable in her finding the absolutely perfect house at the perfect price for us - even before it officially hit the market.

Having been through many real estate transactions over the years we can truly say that working with Cristina was a breath of fresh air. She genuinely cares about her clients and she goes to great lengths to minimize stress along the way. There were some houses that we saw online which we thought would be perfect for us, but after Cristina viewed them for us, she gave us really honest feedback saying that she didn't feel it was the right house for us because of certain reasons, e.g. the traffic on that road was not ideal for a family with young kids, or the floorplan wasn't ideal, or the house was on a road that became very clogged with traffic in the morning, etc.

Cristina also has excellent contacts that can help with other areas of the home buying or selling process. For example, she referred us to a mortgage professional who ended fincancing our mortgage and his rates and terms were far better than the others we had found through our own extensive research.
