My wife and I were referred to Cristina by our daughter, who bought a house with Cristina as her agent. We met with Cristina and let her know what our “must haves” and “nice-to-have” features. We were looking for property (at least ¼ acre, as my wife loves to garden), “move-in ready” with hiking trials nearby for our dog. We interviewed 6 highly regarded realtors in the Oakton VA area to sell our home. It was a difficult decision but in the end we were thrilled with our choice of Cristina Dougherty. From the beginning process to the final closing, Cristina handled all of the home sale elements with true professionalism. She showcased our home with professional photographs and a 3D Virtual Tour that allowed prospective buyers to literally feel they were walking through our home. When buyers visited our home, she followed up with each realtor getting valuable feedback. She repeatedly checked back with realtors after we received several verbal offers. And when our first official buyer backed out (we learned he had backed out on 3 previous homes), she contacted previous buyers that had been interested and we had our 2nd offer within 4 days.

Cristina is great in responding quickly to you whenever you have a concern or question, even if she is on vacation. We felt that was critical when dealing with such a large transaction. Three months after our house sale, we had trouble getting reimbursed by the movers for damages incurred by them. Cristina immediately stepped in, demanding the movers be accountable.
