Cristina will sell your home. Pure and simple, she will do everything you need done in order to make sure your home is sold in the quickest, easiest way.

My wife and I decided to move back to California (after three years in Northern Virginia). We knew that our townhome in City of Fairfax would sell (the kitchen and dining room had been remodeled right before we bought it, which was our main draw for buying). We just didn’t know which realtor to go with.

A few doors down we saw that one of our neighbors, with the same model townhome, had listed and sold their place in a matter of days. My wife took the contact info from the realtor sign and, a couple days later Cristina was in our dining room taking notes, asking questions, and making suggestions.

Immediately after that meeting, Cristina arranged for a photographer session, setup a 3D tour to be recorded and posted, connected us with cross-country moving company, arranged for full color brochures to be printed, and a “Coming soon” sign to be posted in the front yard. A few weeks later, when the listing opened, viewings and offers came in on the first day (and some even tried setting up viewings before then).

Cristina went above and beyond even all of that. When the inspection report was complete, it turned out we needed some repairs and a new roof. Practically without even having to ask, Cristina and her team worked to get contractor and roofing quotes. She and her team didn’t even pass those quotes along to us until they felt they were low proceed, high quality, and fair. Cristina then facilitated the repair and roofing dates on our behalf. Again, service above and beyond which resulted in peace of mind for my wife and I.

On top of all of this, Cristina also connected us with a realtor in California, and coordinated the closing of our sale with our search and contract offers in California. This whole process, in large part due to Cristina, was so much easier than my wife and I anticipated.
