We were very luck to find Cristina. We found Cristina by doing some searches online and finding out which agent had the most sales in our general neighborhood. Cristina's name came to the top. We contacted her and she came over and provided a presentation on how she would sell our home. We interviewed several other agents too. Cristina was very energetic and knowledgeable. We loved her overall personality and how a couple of our unique conditions during selling didn't bother her and she was willing to work through those areas. Cristina brought in the "stagers" who gave some great suggestions on how to prepare. We accepted many of those suggestions. When the time came to list the home, we went on the listing at Thursday, 5pm... by 6pm we had people coming over and by Saturday we had 2 offers above and at the asking price. We were concerned about our pricing thinking it might be too high but Cristina was able to help us set a good price (it was the highest comparable in the area). Cristina was very diligent working with the buyers agents and bringing the deal to a close. They presented some problems and she was on top of them to get it settled properly. Cristina was so dedicated that while she went on her pre-planned vacation cruise, she was still working our sale and doing correspondence. I highly recommend Cristina for your sale or purchase.
