We interviewed 6 highly regarded realtors in the Oakton VA area to sell our home. It was a difficult decision but in the end we were thrilled with our choice of Cristina Dougherty. From the beginning process to the final closing, Cristina handled all of the home sale elements with true professionalism. She showcased our home with professional photographs and a 3D Virtual Tour that allowed prospective buyers to literally feel they were walking through our home. When buyers visited our home, she followed up with each realtor getting valuable feedback. She repeatedly checked back with realtors after we received several verbal offers. And when our first official buyer backed out (we learned he had backed out on 3 previous homes), she contacted previous buyers that had been interested and we had our 2nd offer within 4 days.

From Day One, Cristina Dougherty made the whole process of selling my mother-in-law's home easy and seamless, even though our situation was a bit complicated. She understood our needs immediately and knew exactly how to get it done. The 50-year-old house needed a fix-up before we could put it on the market, and at our first meeting she put us in touch with a remodeler that was perfect for the job. Her marketing strategy was right on point, and we were very confident in her sales approach and her sales record, and the house sold within a few days.. What really impressed us was how she came through after the buyer's inspection. There was a long list of items to be taken care of before closing (50-year-old home, right?), and that list came out as my husband and I were literally at the airport leaving on a 2-week overseas trip. Cristina took care of everything while we were gone, from getting estimates to scheduling contractors to taking care of my mother in-law through all of it. She truly went above and beyond for us! She was always very responsive to our calls and questions, extremely patient, never pushy and very approachable.
